Shipping Policy

• Processing time: Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
• Delivery times:
  • Canada: Estimated 3–7 business days after shipping.
  • United States: Estimated 5–10 business days after shipping, subject to customs delays.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
• Unforeseen delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• Correct addresses: Please double-check your shipping details before finalising your order. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Free shipping promotions may apply — check our homepage for offers.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. You can also reach out to us for assistance.

Return Policy

Quick facts you need to know

• Returns accepted for 7 days from the date you receive your order.
• Customer provides return shipping; these costs are non‑refundable.
• 20 % restocking fee applied to all approved returns.
• No final‑sale items are eligible for return (this includes jewellery, clearance items, or anything marked final sale).

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Final‑sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Email rabia@virsafashions.ca with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
2. We will respond with return instructions, including the return address.
3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method of your choice and retain the tracking receipt.

Return Processing & Restocking

All returns are inspected by our quality‑control team. If an item is damaged, worn, missing parts/tags, or not in its original condition, the return will be refused or additional deductions may apply.

For approved returns, a 20 % restocking fee and any return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of return approval.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or product, place a new order and follow the return process (if eligible) for the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at rabia@virsafashions.ca. Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will investigate and resolve the issue appropriately.
